Galați Terminal

River Logistics Hub on the Danube. In partnership with Unicom Oil Terminal Galați, we provide transshipment services for white and black petroleum products, as well as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), from sea vessels and river barges into rail tank cars and road tankers.

According to Law no. 202/2016, which transposes Directive 2012/34, as well as Implementing Regulation 2017/2177, operators of services and service providers connected to the CFR network and/or service providers within these facilities are required to provide information about the conditions and access tariffs to their installations and for the provision of services.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1), point a of Regulation (EU) 2017/2177, this information must be included in the network reference document through a link to a website (either their own site or a common portal) where this information is made available free of charge. To assist service operators and service providers in describing their installations and/or services, CFR SA has developed a template, presented and completed below, which reflects all the conditions of the aforementioned implementing regulation.

This template, which can be used by operators and service providers, is attached and available in both Romanian and English, along with the related documents.
